INSTRUCTION TO CENTRES
All District Centres / ATC / Admission Centres are instructed to enroll students using RETC / TIST application forms, for getting RETC / TIST Certificates respectively. The application forms duly filled up and signed by the candidate should be sent to this office attaching a copy of the passport size photo of the candidate. The back side of the photo copy must show the name of the student. The declaration printed at the bottom of the second page of the application form must be properly filled up and signed by the District centre / ATC under his designation and office seal. The RETC / TIST Certificates will be issued only based on the facts shown in the declaration given by the ATC.

The amount should be collected with the 1st installment / down
Payment from the students and remitted at RETC kayamkulam
along with the application form.
